CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy At Nailzbyamyy , we value your time and ours. To ensure the smooth operation of my business and to best serve all my clients, i have the following cancellation policy: * Notification: I kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. * Late Cancellation/No-Show: After 10 minutes appointment will be cancelled and charged fully for the last minute cancellation. Please respect my mine as i respect yours. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, or if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, 100% of the cancellation fee will be charged. This fee compensates our technicians for the reserved time. * How to Cancel: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling 737-206-1926 or by using our online booking system. * Exceptions: i understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
